Delete your LOBBY account

For users of the LOBBY Android app · No sign-in required to read this page

You can ask for your LOBBY account and the data connected to it to be deleted at any time. During the alpha, deletion is handled manually on request. There is no automatic deletion button yet.

How to request deletion

    Send a deletion request
    Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my LOBBY account”.

    Identify your account
    Send the request from the email address of the Google account you use to sign in to LOBBY, and include your LOBBY nickname. We use this to find the right account. We never ask for your password.

    Deletion and confirmation
    We delete the account and reply to confirm. We normally complete verified deletion requests within one month.
What is deleted
Account and sign-in record

Profile: nickname, picture, languages, platforms, favourite games, mic, time zone
Deleted
Sessions you hosted, and their participant lists and chats

Your participation in other players’ sessions
Deleted
Attendance marks you gave and marks given about you

Your chat messages

Notification tokens and the active-device record
Deleted
Provider backups
Removed as routine provider backups are rotated out
Advertising consent and advertising ID
Held by Google on your phone, not by LOBBY. Reset them in Android settings.

Is anything kept?

Removing an account removes everything listed above in one step. Copies may remain in our hosting provider’s routine backups until those backups are rotated out. Nothing is kept for any other purpose.
